    MORE ABOUT THE ROLE:

    We are looking for a Regional Manager who will lead the South Region Starbucks Operations team. You will build and embed the foundations for business growth and success through operational excellence focusing on Soul Foods Group and Starbucks UK priorities. You will also establish and develop strong Above Store Leaders who are focused on their teams and the customer experience conveying the Starbucks mission - "With every cup, with every conversation and every community – we nurture limitless possibilities of human connection".

    We are looking for a strong people leader, with a hands on, supportive approach and a real drive to achieve both operational standards and to exceed financial KPI's. This individual will be responsible for covering 35+ Starbucks stores in the South Region.

    YOU WILL DO*:

    • Coach and develop a talent pipeline, ensuring all Above Store Leader and Stores are fully staffed with trained and engaged teams.
    • To provide day-to-day leadership and support to your 3 District Managers
    • Drive sales and profitability within the Region, identifying opportunities for LSM activity and improved financial performance.
    • Within the communities in which we operate, support, and encourage your teams to become an integral part of their community.
    • Ensure that the teams you lead adhere to the brand standards within their stores at all times.

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

    • Ideally, be educated to degree level in Business or Hospitality and have proven multi-unit QSR/ Food and Beverage leadership experience.
    • Have a demonstrable track record of leading successful multi-site operations teams to business success.
    • A strong commercial leader who has the natural ability to coach and develop teams.
    • Be an energetic person with strong interpersonal skills which include your ability to communicate effectively, work collaboratively, undertake business analysis, and leverage business acumen to provide strong coaching and influence your teams and peers.
    • Able to be 75% of the time in the field and prepared for some travel with overnights away from home.
    • Proof of right to work in the UK on a full time, permanent basis.
    • Full UK Driving Licence
