    Description

    We are currently representing a Façade Main Contractor who are currently looking for a proactive Estimator, who has a strong background in Cladding industry.


    The duties would involve:

    • Assessment of incoming enquiries for suitability and risk.
    • Analysis of any potential technical issues including liaising with relevant consultants, architects and clients to bring to a successful conclusion.
    • Preparation and submission of sub-contract and materials enquiries and assessment of incoming quotations for suitability/ value.
    • Attend and conduct meetings with client, consultant.
    • Carry out full take off and detailed pricing.
    • Working alongside the team to close deals at the earliest.
    • Training/mentor junior estimators whenever and wherever needed.

    Experience/skills required:
    * 2 years+ experience working in an Estimator role in UK.


    • Experience of working with Estimating and Tendering tools would be preferred.
    • A passion for pricing works with a keen eye for detail
    • The ability to see opportunities for improving the profitability of projects at tender stage without compromising on the quality of the finish.
    • A strong work ethic, flexibility, self-motivation and the ability to meet deadlines.
    • Confident and able to communicate effectively with a variety of clients, suppliers, sub-contractors and stakeholders
