    Senior Research Executive - Mixed Methods Verian London Millbank
    Hybrid working : 2 days a week in the office 3 days working from home

    We are looking for a Senior Research Executive , who will be responsible for day-to-day project and client management for social research mixed methods studies in the UK.

    This will involve project planning and research design, quality delivery and profitability management, as well as line-management duties for one or more junior researchers, supporting their work and development.

    The successful candidate will play a major supporting role on recent new survey wins in the team and will be an exciting opportunity to demonstrate and develop skills in a wide range of areas including questionnaire design, complex fieldwork and survey management, analysis and reporting and client management.

    Confidently engages with clients and supports client relationships on projects
    Highly organised in project management, while working on multiple studies
    Good understanding of project budgets and cost control.
    Line management of more junior researchers

    Significant experience of working on large scale quantitative surveys and/or evaluations
    Experience in classical quantitative research methods: telephone, online, face-to-face
    Experience in classical qualitative methods: depth interviews, focus groups and workshops
    Preferably this will include social research experience, working with government and not-for-profit clients
    Data analysis including proficiency in using SPSS (or SAS, Stata, or similar)
    Strong writing skills and PowerPoint design capabilities
