Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join our well-established client based in the Tredegar area.
IT literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages
Understanding of pension and auto-enrolment
Understanding of Tax Regulations
Data Analysis, pulling data from system, use of pivot tables, Vlookups formulas
Experience of implementing necessary regulatory changes within an equivalent payroll software
Experience in using software (Equator) Main tasks:
Payroll administration UK:
Liaising with IT consultants on any new regulatory processes.
Sending Payroll reports to Finance Director for review and final payment.
US payroll - downloading reports, posting journals.
DE payroll - posting journals, sending out payslips.
KPIs - Attendance, Sickness, Overtime.
Making Monthly pension and AOE payments
Reconcile Payroll clearing and associated control accounts monthly.
Journals to post payroll for the month.
Payroll cost analysis and reconciliation.
Other Finance duties
Supporting Ad hoc project work and assisting HR.
Company/Private cars - keep all information up to date.
Setting up shift patterns
