    MANAGER, PRIVATE BANK
    LONDON (HYBRID)
    Weatherbys Private Bank are looking for an effective and inspiring people manager.

    Based in our stunning offices in Mayfair, you will enjoy hybrid working with up to 2 days per week based at home.

    You will be fully supported by an approachable Senior Management team who will enable you to achieve to the best of your ability and meet your career goals.

    Managing all aspects for the Private Banking support team, training, coaching, and developing the team to enable delivery of an exceptional client service.

    Liaising with Private Bankers and Team Leaders to ensure the right support is in place.
    Providing an escalation point for the team when handling a difficult client, situation, or complaint.
    Ensuring regulatory compliance and overseeing the risk framework for the team.
    Experience managing large high-performing teams within a banking environment, empowering excellence, and fostering career development.
    Risk monitoring experience.
