Demand Planner - St Albans, United Kingdom - Lotus Bakeries
Description
A little bit about us
We are BEAR. We're an ambitious young company determined to take a big bite out of bad snacking habits. Grrr. We make pure fruit snacks with no added nonsense that make being healthy a little bit easier and a whole lot tastier. Real Fruit, Real Flavour, Real Fun
We started out making our tasty pure fruit yoyos, and now also make a whole host of other tasty pure fruit products too that go into several snacking categories: 'paws' for babies and toddlers, crunchy 'Alphabites' cereal with no refined sugar or salt. Ice lollies made from only two ingredients and a big ambition to take this brand beyond the above. We also make Urban Fruit, gently baked fruit to eat on the go, for the 25-45 year olds who run around leading busy lives but who find eating a juicy mango on the bus home a bit of a challenge.
Since we launched 14 years ago, we've grown quickly and we are currently sold in all the UK's supermarkets and grrreat stores across the UK. Now we are taking BEAR around the world and have really ambitious plans for our international growth. We are a growing team of 38 people, and moved to our new offices in St Albans in 2021.
About the Role
Working as part of supply chain team, you will assume responsibility for all elements of customer demand planning, working across a variety of different accounts and all product ranges. You will also take the lead in developing our S&OP process, establishing collaborative forecasting processes and building relationships with key customers.
We are a highly ambitious team and as a result, you will be given great opportunities to develop in the role and take on more responsibility quickly. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in the Supply Chain team working closely with the Head of Supply chain on the development of the S&OP process.
These would be some of your main responsibilities:
Demand Planning
Customer Collaboration
Processes and Systems
Supply Chain Team and Continuous Improvement
