Description
We have an exciting new vacancy for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our friendly and supportive Recruitment team on a 6 month fixed-term basis.
You will ensure that the candidate management process is effective, compliant and timely, helping maintain a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
In addition, you will support with arranging interviews and managing multiple job boards to maximise our employer brand profile and candidate attraction, as well as related administrative tasks required by the team.
We'd love to hear from candidates who are passionate about providing a high-quality recruitment service.We're ideally looking for applicants who can demonstrate previous experience in a recruitment role, with experience of direct candidate attraction and proactive candidate sourcing techniques, however this is not essential and full training will be provided.
It is essential that you are an excellent communicator with a good telephone manner and written English skills, as this role will entail communicating with high volumes of candidates via both telephone and email.
