Reporting to the Strategic and Commercial Growth Director you'll be responsible for defining the Marketing Strategy within the Asphalt and Surfacing Solutions Division.
As part of the divisional leadership team, you'll lead the marketing activities providing counselling and support on marketing communications, driving & creating compelling communications to generate qualified leads, attract and retain profitable customers and to build brand recognition in support of business growth objectives.
As a Senior Marketing Business Partner, your passion for detail and creativity will shine as you:
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, defining route to market and driving segment selection.
Use market insights to influence and enhance brand positioning and development, driving increased visibility and engagement across our target audiences.
Nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive and supportive of overall business goals.
