    # The PR Manager - eCommerce develops and executes marketing communications plans, builds media relationships, creates content, monitors PR results, evaluates partnership opportunities, and maintains industry awareness. They manage press releases, handle crisis communications, ensure consistent messaging, and measure campaign effectiveness.
    Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics to enhance our brand's reputation and visibility.
    Create content for press releases, byline articles, and keynote presentations.
    Monitor, analyze, report, and communicate PR results on a monthly basis.
    Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
    Create and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials.
    Manage crisis communications and respond to negative press.
    Measure and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
    5+ years of experience in PR, preferably in an eCommerce or related industry.
    ~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    ~ Strong project management, and multi-tasking skills.
    ~ Experience with crisis management and communications.
    ~ Strong experience in social media, digital marketing, digital communities, and eCommerce business.
    ~ Strong knowledge of marketing communications strategies and tactics
    Proficiency in creating compelling content for press releases, articles, and presentations
    Experience in monitoring and analyzing PR results and reporting on them
    Crisis communication management skills
    Proficient in measuring and reporting the effectiveness of PR campaigns
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
