As our Director of Customer Support you will be responsible for ensuring that our every interaction with our customers is a great oneReporting to the Group Director of Customer Services you will be an integral part of our customer support team, who are responsible for developing & delivering a customer-centric service strategy with customer satisfaction and preferences at the forefront, aligned with the wider Customer Service Group strategy.
As Director of Customer Support you play a pivotal role in designing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience, optimise operational processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and execute comprehensive customer service strategies aligned with company goals and objectives and Customer Service Group's focussed KPIsProvide visionary leadership to the Customer Support Operations team, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and a strong innovation mindset.
Lead and mentor a large Customer Support Operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.Oversee all operational aspects of Customer Support including Continuous Improvement, Service Optimisation and Reporting, Forecasting and Scheduling.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of key performance metrics to monitor departmental performance, working closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.
Drive collaboration cross-functionally with other departments inside of Customer Services Group and across the broader business to ensure seamless customer experiences and alignment on customer-related initiatives.
You will have a customer focussed mindset, and a strong track record of success in leadership positions within Customer Service/Support operationsYou will have demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
