- Lead on all utility, energy and sustainability projects;
- Head a wider team which will encompass Utilities, and work closely with our Acoustic Air team;
- Produce energy and sustainability statements and strategies;
- Complete energy assessments (EPC, DEC, ESOS);
- Assist with the production of environmental assessments such as BREEAM;
- Lead on Dynamic Thermal Modelling;
- Complete utilities reports including assessment of capacity and diversions;
- Support with business development and possess market awareness; and
- Provide technical support and guidance to our clients and our internal teams; from initial enquiry through to project completion.
- BSc/BEng in Sustainability/Environmental/Surveying/Building Services Disciplines or similar;
- Relevant experience within the sector;
- Qualifications, including but not limited to; BREEAM, ESOS, Non-Domestic and Domestic Energy Assessor, Low Carbon Consultant and Public Buildings Energy Assessor;
- Successfully lead energy projects;
- Completed energy assessments;
- Innovative skills with commercial knowledge;
- Brilliant communication skills and time management;
- Chartered status or working towards becoming a member of a professional body; and
- Hold full clean driving licence and have own private car.
