    Global Marketing Director

Your role is to be our Storyteller in Chief.

Currently operating in the UK, Singapore and Sydney, with launches in India and Online imminent, as our global marketing lead you will play a key part in helping shape the future landscape of Westbourne International.

    What You Will Bring to Our Team:

    • Strategic Vision and Execution:

    Demonstrated ability in crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that amplify brand visibility, drive enrollment, and establish market and thought leadership in the education sector. You have a proven track record of success in launching new ventures or products, preferably within the educational or tech-oriented sectors.

    • Hands-On Leadership:

    A roll-up-your-sleeves attitude towards leadership, with a willingness to dive deep into the work alongside your team. You excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and can pivot strategies as needed to meet the dynamic needs of our schools and communities.

    • Digital Marketing Expertise:

    Mastery over digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, and digital advertising. Your digital acumen has previously driven significant growth for brands, and you can leverage these skills to captivate a global audience.

    • Brand Building and Storytelling:

    Exceptional ability in crafting and narrating compelling brand stories that resonate with diverse audiences, including students, parents, and educators across various cultures and geographies. You understand the power of brand perception and work meticulously to cultivate and maintain it.

    • Data-Driven Decision Making:

    You rely on data analytics to guide marketing strategies, measure performance, and adjust tactics for optimal results. Your decisions are always backed by insights drawn from robust data analysis, ensuring every marketing pound is spent effectively.

    • Global Mindset with Local Relevance:

    Experience in launching and managing global brands with the ability to tailor marketing efforts to local markets. You possess a keen understanding of cultural nuances and can navigate the complexities of marketing in a diverse, multi-cultural landscape.

    • Collaborative Spirit and Communication Skills:

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to work seamlessly across functions and with school leaders to achieve common goals. You are adept at building relationships, fostering a collaborative team environment, and communicating marketing's value to non-marketers.

    • Educational Sector Experience (Preferred):

    Understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in educational marketing will be a distinct advantage.

      Westbourne School Penarth is the cornerstone of the Westbourne International group, an award-winning Westbourne College Singapore, launched in 2023 is the third in rapidly progressing plans to create the world's first truly global network of academically elite IB colleges in collaboration with the world's leading universities. Westbourne College Sydney launched in 2021, ranking 1st in Australia in 2023, repeated in 2024.
