Are you passionate about providing good customer service? Do you have a track record of delivering high quality service to your customers? My client are looking for an experienced customer service specialist to join their busy team.
In this role you will be responsible for managing client communications and providing a high quality of customer service.Between handling enquires via incoming calls, general administrative tasks, updating customer accounts and dealing with correspondence, this role is in the front line of client communication.
Providing a focused and friendly service to all customers and prospects providing quotations and assisting with queries, taking messages where appropriateHandling a range of enquiries from customers by telephone and email
Updating the computer system with diary events to trigger calls to customers and then producing documents/correspondence as required
