- Develop and manage the Bank's banking infrastructure, including maintaining relationships with cash correspondent banks, custodians, and local agents to support Treasury Operations and Investment Operations.
- Enhance the efficiency of the banking network and seek innovative solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Stay informed about market and industry developments to ensure the Bank can adapt to regulatory and market changes.
- Assist in legal documentation negotiation, service fee reduction, and contract management.
- Support Treasury Operations in resolving operational issues, conducting due diligence, and performing regular service reviews.
- Support strategic projects involving external counterparties.
- Oversee the standard settlement instructions (SSIs) and SWIFT authenticator keys, along with maintaining other bank account data correctly.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree for Associate (Master's degree preferred); Master's degree required for Officer.
- 3-5 years of finance experience for Associate, and minimum 5-8 years of finance experience for Officer, preferably in Multilateral Development Banks or global banks supporting Treasury operations, securities services, business implementation/change, or client service management.
- Proven track record in nurturing and retaining counterparty relationships to execute the Bank's strategy.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, transaction settlement, operational controls, and risk management.
- Adaptability to changing industry demands and meeting internal stakeholders' needs.
- Capable of working independently and as a team player, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in English, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of collaborating with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
