    Account Manager

    Basic salary + commission

    Due to continued growth within The IN Group, we have an opportunity for an experienced Account Manager, Growth Manager or Technology Recruitment Consultant to join one of our consulting brands as a Growth Account Manager. As a Growth Account Manager you will be responsible for growing repeat business from existing clients with new business development when needed.

    The brand within The IN Group, that this role sits within, provides clients with high-performing software, data & cloud consultants as a scalable short term resource and a long term talent pipeline.     This role will sits within one of our consulting brands and is a great opportunity for someone who is experienced within the technology recruitment or talent consulting to make a strategic career move into a unique role and be a part of a growing and successful business.

    Experience needed:

    You will be an experienced growth manager, account manager, sales professional or recruitment consultant within the technology consulting space.

    You will have experience in:

    • Solutions selling by identifying problem areas and shaping strategic solutions to technical and business leaders.
    • Technical Sales where you will be able to demonstrable track record of working with technical leaders (e.g. Chief Data Officers) to understand their strategy and upcoming requirements.
    • Account Development through experience of delivering account growth and account management of enterprise accounts (10k+ employees) within the technology recruitment, talent consulting or Hire, Train, Deploy Sector

    The role:

    Sales:

    Responsibility for lead generation through networking, referrals and outbound sales as well as managing large enterprise accounts where you will be responsible for growing repeat business. Responsible for the end-to-end sales process; Research and market mapping, identifying customers experience the challenges our solution solves, educating target customers on our proposition and approach, and consulting internal and external stakeholders to ensure an effective solution.

    Account management:

    Accountability for maintaining a consistent pipeline of business, specifically targeted at developing the accounts you work with (account mapping and growth).

    Business Growth:

    Working closely with the leadership team as the company scales; mentoring team members, contributing to strategic decision making, and taking ownership for process excellence.
