- Carrying out Procurementvia Broadland's Tendering Portal and undertaking tendering,evaluation and monitoring of a wide range of services, supplies andworks.
- Working closely with the Head ofProcurement on policies and procedures and to deliver procurementplans designed to provide value for money, improve effectivenessand deliver quality of service.
- Ensuring valuefor money and quality improvements are recorded and reported tostakeholders and the Leadership Group.
- Assisting stakeholders in the selection of appropriatesuppliers and contractors and promoting good procurement practicewith due regard to sustainability, ethical purchasing standards andwhole life costing.
- Negotiating contractterms/KPIs on a range of contracts and supporting colleagues withcontract management.

About therole
We have an excitingopportunity for a Procurement Business Partner to join our team. Weare looking for a proactive and organised candidate who hasexperience of delivering a procurement service to Stakeholders withdetailed procurement knowledge and the ability to apply thisknowledge whilst ensuring the business complies with relevantlegislation.

About You
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 GCSES (GradeC / level 4 or above or equivalent) including English andMathematics and a Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply(CIPS) Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply or thewillingness to work towards.
The successfulcandidate should have experience of Delivering housing/propertyrelated procurement services as well as preparing housing/propertyrelated tender documents and running tenders. They should also havecontract management and administration experience.
