- Reviewing the debtors' ledgers on a regular basis.
- Producing month-end debtors reports with commentary and follow-up actions for review.
- Generating debtors reports to provide up-to-date information for production of cash forecasts.
- Work with relevant management teams and maintain good relationships and operate within defined ways of working and legislation.
- Providing reliable, accurate and up-to-date information of debtor's balances, and demonstrating visibility of progress to senior managers.
- Have experience managing teams both in person and remotely.
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
- Ability to document and communicate both written and verbally.
- Demonstrable ability working to targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to tale ownership of the managed service process.

Full-Time, Fixed Term Contract
Length of Contract: 15 Months
The Collections Manager will be responsible for managing a team of credit controllers and lead on AR activities so that the team achieves its targets in Cash Collection, Aged Debt & DSO.
One of your key goals will be to make RS a 1st choice for employees and drive a culture of high standards in customer service and a positive growth in employee engagement.
