    About the Role

    Responsibilities

    • The proven ability to meet and exceed individual and team targets whilst working in a fast-paced, high pressure but fun and exciting team environment.
    • Unwavering commitment to position and demonstrate value, driving every qualified opportunity through multiple stages and negotiations to successful close/outcome for both prospect and EcoOnline.
    • The role demands efficient and effective management and execution of all aspects of the Solutions sales cycle, including:
    • Network creation & development and self-generation of pipeline development, supported by extensive global & regional marketing and internal sales team resources.
    • High-quality Pitch and Proposal development and delivery.
    • High-level presentations and targeted 'storytelling' across multiple solutions, supported, when necessary, by a team of Subject Matter Expert Solutions Consultants.
    • Business Planning, creation, maintenance, and execution of Close Plans.
    • Timely and accurate CRM hygiene.
    • Ability to build and develop two-way value business relationships at all levels (incl. C suite)
    • Responsible for accurately forecasting short, medium, and long-term.
    • The role is field-based and candidates will be expected to visit new potential clients in UKI, Europe and beyond (as required).
    • Represent the company at trade events, webinars, seminars, award ceremonies and exhibitions, etc. as required.

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years Solutions Sales experience (with 5-years direct quota responsibility and achievement).
    • Minimum 2-years selling Enterprise level solutions to complex, multi-region Enterprise organisations.
    • Focused and driven sole-contributor mindset, whilst being a genuine team-player, supporting colleagues within your team and beyond as appropriate. Excellent (demonstrable) communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
    • A positive attitude and highly driven personality to develop personal pipeline and over-achieve against personal targets.
    • Experience of the full software solutions life cycle.
    • Professionally represent EcoOnline at C-suite and senior manager level.
    • Ability to set and meet deadlines.
    • Experience and high level of competence in multiple business tools (Sales Nav, Cognism, HubSpot and Salesforce an advantage).
