    Based in Exeter this firm is a leading and highly regarded accountancy practice.

    They are looking for a key addition to bolster the tax team due to continued growth and planning for the future development of their tax team and department.

    The firm offers excellent support and training for those pursuing qualifications along with competitive salaries, benefits, flexible hours and mix of home to office working on offer.

    Joining a growing tax team as Personal Tax Assistant / Senior, you will deliver personal tax compliance to wider ranging clients, across a range of HNWIs, company director, property related clients, trusts and partnerships and other, wide ranging cases, supporting managers and directors and delivering a quality compliance service.

    Whilst the role has a compliance focus, there will be increasing opportunity for involvement in planning and advisory project work over time and the opportunity for career development and progression is on offer for a career focused professional looking to progress.

    You will carve a key support role within this firms tax team, progressing technically developing your tax career.

    You may be any of qualified AAT/ATT and/or studying for ACA / ACCA /CTA qualifications, with significant experience in personal tax compliance, gained within an accountancy practice environment with at least three years or considerably more ideal experience to date.

    You may have focused your career within personal tax to date entirely as a Personal Tax Assistant / Senior, or bring a more mixed all around accountancy practice background so far, across accounts/tax etc with a clear, demonstrable desire to further your career and specialise within the personal tax field.

    You will be looking to further your tax career, within a highly regarded firm, where you can progress and develop within your tax career.
