    The role
    We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven AccountManager to join our team. This role is a thrilling opportunity tobecome a part of our expanding global team focusing on nurturingexisting business relationships and developing new ones. As theprimary point of contact for our clientele youll play a pivotalrole in ensuring client satisfaction and driving sales growth.


    Inthis role youll getto

    • Manage keydistributors in the region supporting their growth in their marketacross physical and digital channels.
    • Assistthese accounts in market meetings retailer sellins and new businesspitches through data analysis range refinement and best practicesharing.
    • Own the delivery of yearly targetslinked to these markets proactively seeking opportunities forproductsell in but importantly an obsession with their inmarketsell out.
    • Lead forecasting for each marketalongside demand planning to drive ongoing improvements in accuracyand fulfillment rates.
    • Foster teamcollaboration and productivity through a proactive and positiveattitude ensuring effective communication between teams.
    • Generate and present monthly reports andupdates including sales performance against budget to the Head ofRetail in monthly meetings.
    • Conduct monthlyreviews of key accounts address issues promptly and maintain stronglongterm client relationships by understanding their needs andobjectives.
    • Pitch innovative ideas to keyaccounts collaborate with the Marketing team for support and adaptstrategies to respond to market changes.
    • Organize and attend meetings with key accountsto present new product developments review sales plans and identifynew business opportunities within the region.
    • Ensure all client accounts receive timely andconsistent service working closely with the sales and marketingteams to tailor strategies.


    Whatwe are looking for inyou

    • Proven experiencein Account Management preferably in the beauty or personal careindustry.
    • Experience managing distributionaccounts is a plus but not essential.
    • Experience in driving business on Tmall JDAmazon etc. a plus but not essential.
    • Abilityto work at pace in a growing environment.
    • Excellent organizational and negotiationskills.
    • Resultsfocused with a drive to achievetargets and overcome obstacles.
    • Strongcommunicator capable of sharing objectives and outcomeseffectively.
    • Commercially savvy with theability to identify and exploit opportunities.
    • Collaborative team player willing to worktowards common goals.
