    Description

    Vasuman is looking to grow its dynamic team of Business Analysts, Development Teams and Product Managers with a strong team of Business Process Analyst to cater to the growing business requirement.

    Qualifications & Responsibilities:

    • Strong experience and knowledge of the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the value creation process within the Information Technology sector
    • Solid background in Software Development / IT Business Analyst along with customer facing roles
    • Experience presenting various tech stack options for new product development projects to the clients like ReactJS, Angular etc. and the related database and API frameworks
    • Experience and deep knowledge on process automation using RPA tools BluePrism / UiPath
    • Superior technical documentation skills and assist with the preparation of business requirement documents, functional and non-functional requirements, software exception document etc.
    • Good to have experience with payment systems (SWIFT) and POS transformation
    • Understanding of the various service packs for SWIFT and version upgrades from to including idea on migration and server deployment in various instances
    • Understanding of the connectivity between the ERP / EBS systems to the 3 rd party payment systems
    • Experience with VPN Box cold restarts as well as the remote OS Activation techniques as well as ISO20022 standards
    • Excellent process mapping and solution advisory skills
    • Ability to advise clients and constantly look for opportunities to cross-sell the services
    • Ability to represent the company in various events and conferences
    • Stakeholder management skills (pricing, technical architects etc.) to apply and build quality proposals and present it to the clients
    • Strong analytical skills to analyse and dissect client requirements and provide cutting edge solutions to the clients
    • Experience with business case preparation including the profitability analysis, viability analysis, timeline and resource mapping etc.
    • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, often utilising proprietary methods
    • A genuine desire to help create and participate in developing the company, culture and future success
    • Present solutions and recommendations to internal stakeholders with resource utilisation and budget consumption
    • Provide technical training and mentoring to other teams and team members

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • Minimum 12 years of experience as a business analyst / software developer / business development with good knowledge and understanding of the solutioning and software architecture
    • Ability to build quality proposals and technical documentation
    • Excellent knowledge on Software Development, Deployment, POS, Payment architecture
    • Good system skills to update the client pipeline on a regular basis in the internal CRM portal
    • Prior Business Analyst experience would be an added advantage
    • Monitoring the performance of the account and intervening at the right time to avoid any escalations
    • Ability to grow and mould Business Development Analysts and delegate work to them
    • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to identify new / prospective clients, research on the prospects, farm and hunt the new clients

    Other Skills:

    • Quick learner, Passionate for technical excellence
    • A high sense of ownership and a self-motivated person who can work under minimal supervision
    • Ability to work under pressure and also build and manage a team of resources
    • Comfortable performing component demonstration in front of key business holders, PMs, and clients
