    Description

    Pay, benefits and more:

    You'll be paid a salary of up to £37,000 per annum , you'll also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance.     What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Take full responsibility for the day to day running of the warehouse in your area, whilst leading, motivating and developing your team to achieve challenging targets
  • You'll be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy and integrity in line with contractual requirements, minimising stock loss
  • You'll ensure resource planning is effectively carried out to optimise resource and efficiencies
  • Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to fully understand our customer and company requirements, incorporating them into all planning and reporting tools, activities and projects

    • What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • A proven track record at team leader or first line manager level, within a fast-paced warehouse environment with a specific focus on stock and inventory
  • The ability to investigate and report findings, engaging with all levels within the site
  • The ability to effectively lead, develop and manage a team, whilst identifying areas for development and recognising success
