- You will join the Sports Marketing & Licensed Business Team, responsible for serving contracted clubs and federations, as well as managing partnerships with the partner brand's sports marketing assets.
- Reporting to the Sports Marketing & Licensed Operations Lead, you will also have a dotted line to the Sports Marketing & Licensed Business Manager.
- Your role will involve close collaboration with various departments within the company, including Product Creation, Operations, Finance, Digital, and Sales.Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Sports Marketing & Licensed Operations Lead in delivering exceptional service to their club and federation partners, including:
- Timely delivery of all sports marketing and licensed projects.
- Assistance with order management and transition to more efficient digital processes.
- Collaboration with finance for tracking and reporting of kit spend and invoicing.
- Internal reporting on on-pitch successes of our sports marketing and licensed portfolio.
- Direct ownership of select external relationships and projects, such as:
- Managing relationships with contracted assets and delivering high service levels.
- Handling the brand's promo projects and ensuring timely execution.
- Progress tracking against project timelines.
- Coordinating athlete journeys to drive exposure and visibility.
- Internal and external reporting on sports marketing matters.Requirements:

- Willingness to innovate and improve processes.
- Deep understanding of various sports.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
