    Description

    Are you looking to build a long-term career in Accountancy? Start your career today with a level 2 apprenticeship with CW+ Ltd and Kaplan.

    You will be dealing invoices, receipts, bank statements and financial records whilst working towards the AAT Level 2 qualification. Please note, the salary is £15,000 - £20,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

    Apprenticeship Standard Accounts or finance assistant (ST0608)

    Ensure that all income and expenditures are accurately processed and recorded to both Sage nominal, Sage fund codes and Donorfy CRM database in accordance with accounting procedures.

    Process and record JustGiving donations, Worldpay donations and CAF Vouchers and all other similar forms of transactions.
    Deposit cash and cheques into the charity's bank account in a timely manner.
    Maintain supplier ledger in Sage; Keep orderly files of all invoices, receipts, bank statements and other financial records.

    Respond to finance and other general inquiries via phone, email etc., Perform any other task which the Finance Director or Senior Finance Officer reasonably requests.
