    Job Description

    We are currently in the process of opening a new position for one of our esteemed multinational clients who is seeking a skilled Legal Counsel specialized in Competition and Regulation. This opportunity offers you the chance to be part of a dynamic team working across various regions, including Europe and Asia.

    You will play a key role in securing antitrust approvals for mobile mergers in different locations and handling mergers and acquisitions in diverse industries. Additionally, you will contribute to the innovation initiatives focusing on the company's digital products, services, and data monetization.

    Some of your key responsibilities will involve:

    • Sharing expertise on competition and regulatory affairs
    • Supporting compliance with competition regulations through training and guidance
    • Assisting in various transactions
    • Collaborating with external legal advisors
    • Cultivating strong relationships with all business departments

    The successful candidate should have a background in:

    • Solving business challenges effectively
    • Demonstrating strong leadership capabilities
    • Possessing knowledge of technology

    The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, excellent communication skills, and a background from a leading law firm or relevant in-house involvement. The candidate should also be willing to work from our office four days a week.
