    About the job:


    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Development team as a Junior Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst.

    As a Junior QA Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through thorough testing and bug identification.

    You will work closely with the Development team to understand product requirements, create test plans, execute test cases, and report any issues or defects found during the testing process.

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about software quality and wants to kick-start their career in the field of QA.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and design test cases accordingly.
    Execute test cases, identify defects, and report issues using a bug tracking system.
    Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure product stability and reliability.
    Perform manual and automated testing to validate software functionality and user experience.
    Document and maintain test artifacts including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
    Assist in creating and maintaining a comprehensive test environment for various software applications.
    Participate in the review and analysis of business and technical requirements to ensure testability.
    Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development and enhancement of QA methodologies and best practices.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
    Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in QA methodologies and technologies.


    Requirements:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
    Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
    Knowledge of manual and automated testing tools and frameworks.
    Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively report and document test results.
    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
    Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    Proactive attitude towards learning and keeping up with new technologies and industry trends.
    Prior experience in software testing or QA internships (preferred but not required).
