- To ensure timely processing of Sales and Prospective clients
- Knowledge of basic CRM databases.
- Update and accurately store client contacts on CRM database.
- Creating International Data lists of prospective clients
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of Sales and Prospects
- Managing data in CRM and organising monthly promotions to be distributed via the CRM.
- Maintaining timely and accurate records, providing Sales Analytics monthly
- Producing statistical and management information and reports
- Handling communication with internal and external customers.
- Liaising with the digital marketing team, academic team and business support on a regular basis.
- Managing time effectively, driving productivity and performance.
- Planning, scheduling, and evaluating own work and driving performance
- Any other duties required by the organisation including cover during Annual Leave.
- Some Travel may be necessary due to the National and International presence of the courses.
