    Job Title: Product Director - CMAM (Cross-Media Audience Measurement)

    Role Description:

    Kantar Media is looking for a senior product owner to own the suite of Cross-Media Audience Measurement (CMAM) products globally for Kantar Media. This is a critical part of Kantar Media's strategy to being the driving force for cross-media measurement across the world and achieving undisputed industry leadership.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Lead and own the product roadmap for our cross-media audience measurement suite of products – Cross-Platform View (CPV), Total Viewing Audiences (TVA), Cross-Media Planner (XMP)
    • As well as setting the longer-term strategy, ensure the near-term product roadmap is delivered on time, at quality and on budget, working collaboratively with Finance and across departments.
    • Adopt a customer-first mindset and build strong working relationships across the business. Work extremely closely with the business leaders across markets to capture client needs, translate them into the roadmap items and facilitate prioritisation of the roadmap amongst the executive leadership team.
    • Collaborate extremely closely with the cross-media campaign measurement teams (e.g. for the Campaign Audience Validation (CAV) or World Federation of Advertisers (WFA) suite of products), the TechEdge team (e.g. KxM planning tool) and the Data Science team to drive innovation in the cross-media space.
    • Support organisational transformation by establishing clear roles & responsibilities across departments and ensure the right accountability and handover points e.g. with IT and Operations when moving into the project delivery phase.
    • Able to interact with external customers, prospects, and data providers (e.g. Google, traditional broadcasters like ITV and JICs like Barb) to ensure we can capture their needs as customers and/or data providers, which will be an important part of the innovation story looking forwards.
    • Be seen as a leader within the product organisation with the ability to line-manage other resources. Drive strong development of other individuals through on-going coaching and feedback.

    Role Requirements:

    • Have strong communication and leadership skills to navigate in a dynamic/global organization across multiple countries.
    • Have collaboration as a core intrinsic quality. Invests in relationships, values teamwork and is team-player.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
    • Sector experience in media and data management businesses, with an excellent understanding of the advertising ecosystem, business models and industry context.
    • Domain experience: Senior level product management experience, with a successful track record of launching complex product solutions and business processes, delivering on time and with positive outcomes.
    • International exposure: Experience within a global organisation, working with clients globally, and/or working within a complex international company. Ideally has worked in multiple geographies. Highly proficient in spoken and written English, other languages are a plus.
    • Data science: Has a good understanding and curiosity of data science, given its criticality to Kantar Media's products.

    Qualifications & Knowledge:

    Essential:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication & Advertising or equivalent, enriched with technical knowledge.
    • Experience as functional/product leader in the domain of User Interfaces
    • Proven experience (ideally 8+ years) in a similar role (e.g. as a Product Director) in a digital business
    • Experience working with agile teams and aligning with stakeholders to deliver with fast time-to-market, quality, and ownership.

    Desirable:

    • Experience with Agile and SAFe frameworks for software development
    • Experience in data science techniques, statistics, analysis, and visualization of data is always nice to have.
