    Description

    An exciting opportunity is available to join a successful Australian Business, Aldus. We have manufacturing plants in Australia, UK and USA, and offices or warehouses across Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK, Ireland, Scotland, France, Italy, Spain, and Poland. As a part of the Aldus Group, we provide a wide range of individual to complete packaged solutions to customers in the print, packaging print and labelling industry.

    We are currently looking for a Sales Leader, to join our Australian Packaging Team. The role will Generate sales among new and existing customers, including upselling and cross-selling of Tronics Products. Operate as the point of contact for customers in your territory. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Ensure projects are delivered and payment realised in alignment with agreed terms of the sale.

    Some of the daily activities will include:

    • Developing and implementing a strategic approach to identifying potential opportunities with both new and existing customers.
    • Create a project plan suitable to the capabilities of the Business.
    • Provide monthly progress reporting outlining significant gains / challenges.

    The successful application will have:

    • Proven experience as a Business Development/ Account Manager
    • Experience managing a sales tertiary within a capital equipment arena.
    • Knowledge of: SAP, CRM software [HubSpot Desirable], Microsoft 365
    • An ability to understand a technical opportunity and deliver a value added solution
    • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
    • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
    • Availability to travel intra state or interstate as required.
