Specialising in the data centre industry, we offer commissioning management and validation services to project developers and operators, ensuring they receive a full operational and design compliant building at handover.
We are a growing company, and currently operate in 14 countries across Europe, and have active offices in Germany, Poland, Finland, Italy, and the Netherlands.

Full -timeSalary: £50,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience)
Location:
Based at our Head Office in Whitstable with some travel to Europe
Travel Requirement:
This role involves regular travel across the EU, either on a 5 days on / 2 days off rotation or a 10 days on/ 4 days off rotation, depending on client requirementsThis position is open to UK and EU nationalsThe Company will arrange and cover all costs associated with the visa application process
Job Overview:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of our projects and will be responsible for managing and optimising all aspects of the commercial process, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial management, excellent negotiation skills, and deep understanding of the industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
Contract ManagementDraft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsManage contract variations and amendments to meet changing project needsFinancial AnalysisConduct thorough financial analysis to support decision making and pricing strategiesMonitor project budgets and financial performance, providing regular reports to stakeholdersIdentify cost-saving opportunities and revenue optimisation strategiesClient Relationship ManagementGrow and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectationsAddress client concerns and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionBid ManagementLead the commercial aspects of the bid process, from initial tendering to contract awardWork closely with Senior Leadership to develop competitive bidsAnalyse market trends and competitor activities to inform pricing strategiesRisk ManagementIdentify and assess commercial risks associated with projects and develop mitigation plansCollaborate with project teams to implement risk management strategies effectivelyThis is an outline description of the key responsibilities and accountabilities involved in the job.

Qualifications and Experience:
Educated to degree level or relevant experience/qualification within a commercial roleA high degree of financial, commercial and customer awarenessPrevious experience of working within a similar Commercial roleExperience of assisting with the development and management of commercial processes and proceduresComputer literate including advanced working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExcellent numerical and communication skills
