    Description

    Renault Truck Commercials' prestigious Chiltern Dealership based in Dunstable, is looking for an excellent and experienced Vehicle Dealership Service Advisor to provide a service to customers that will promote the profitable sale of Workshop Services and Products.

    Paying c £30,000 DOE plus overtime paid at time and a half Mon-Fri 40 hrs with alternate Saturday mornings paid at time and a half.

    If you have the following skills, we'd like to hear from you:
    Vehicle Dealership experience
    Familiarisation of book times
    Familiarisation with Vehicle parts.
    Understanding of relevant systems relating to the Service Department including changes and on-going developments.
    Interested in product development by reading relevant technical information issued.
    Good communication skills, both written and oral.
    Confidence and upselling skills
    Customer focus

    This position is the first point of contact for both face to face and telephone customers and is a central position between the workshop and service areas of the business as well as involvement in the support of admin and invoicing functions.
