    Job Description

    Title: Technical Solution Architect / Product Manager

    I am seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Solution Architect / Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing technical solutions and leading product development efforts to address complex business challenges. If you have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving product innovation, we want to hear from you.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design scalable and robust technical solutions. Develop architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation plans to guide the development team.
    2. Product Development: Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and testers to build and deliver high-quality products and features. Define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product roadmap to meet business objectives.
    3. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
    4. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including product managers, project managers, and executives, to align on priorities, gather requirements, and provide status updates on project deliverables.
    5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with technical solutions and product development initiatives. Proactively mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality constraints.
    6. Quality Assurance: Define and implement quality assurance processes and testing strategies to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of products. Conduct code reviews, perform testing, and monitor system performance to maintain product integrity.
    7. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback, conducting retrospectives, and implementing process enhancements to optimize product development workflows and deliver better outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience as a technical solution architect or product manager in a software development environment.
    • Strong technical background with proficiency in programming languages, cloud computing, and software architecture principles.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure) is a plus.
