    Moniepoint Group is a financial technology company digitizing Africa's real economy by building a financial ecosystem for businesses, providing them with all the payment, banking, credit and business management tools they need to succeed.

    Having been able to build this self-sustaining, profitable business solving problems in Nigeria, we want to help everyone around the world seamlessly trade (or remit) with African businesses and individuals, so we are launching our UK and international financial services' business which will be headquartered in the UK


    Location :
    United Kingdom (Full-time)
    You will lead product efforts across onboarding and new user experience.

    You will be responsible for the full onboarding product development lifecycle, defining and shipping of the product end-to-end, creating engaging and delightful experiences throughout the user's journey and enhancing the user experience through experimentation and rapid iteration, making our product more user-friendly and intuitive, and improving our tools and system to do these things.


    Product Vision :

    Define the product vision and roadmap for the Onboarding product domain, aligning with overall business objectives and financial goals.

    Leadership and Team Management : Hire, coach and scale a team of product managers with senior/principal level talent. Lead cross-functional teams (engineering & product) in the development and implementation of new Payments products and features.
    Evaluate and recommend integration opportunities with existing financial systems and third-party platforms.

    Actualization :

    Collaborate closely with the full cross-functional team( product, design, engineering, risk & compliance e.t.c) for your line of business to help execute on the strategic vision.

    Play the critical role of driving the business while bridging the technical and business worlds to drive profitable business growth while managing risk.

    10+ years experience in product development preferably in the financial/payment industry
    ~ Experience building a B2B FinTech business from its infancy to become a mature, market leading, exponential growth business
