This role as a Sales Manager - South offers a salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 with additional perks such as a 20% Bonus, Company Car, and Private Healthcare. This position is home-based with a reference number 23635.

In this role, you will be tasked with providing technical expertise and support to external clients, encompassing OEM's, systems integrators, and builders in the Southern region. Your responsibilities will include nurturing existing accounts, driving new business growth, and collaborating with key account sales teams.

Responsible for driving profitable business growth
Managing day-to-day sales operations
Leading efforts in acquiring new business
Providing training and guidance to the sales team
Participating in customer visits and trade shows
Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge
Undertaking additional tasks to meet departmental objectives

The ideal candidate should be a proactive Engineer with experience in Drives, Motors, PLC Controls, and communication networks. Furthermore, candidates must hold an HNC or higher in Electrical / Electro-Mechanical Engineering, demonstrate a proven track record in industrial automation, possess at least 3 years of sales/support experience in electrical or electro-mechanical products, and exhibit a solid grasp of modern technology trends such as fieldbus, IO-Link, and IOT.
