    We are currently recruiting for one of the UK's Leading FMCG companies, for the role of a Deployment Planning Manager.

    It's an exciting new opportunity to work for a recognised leading company specialising in Retail and Digital E-commerce, they offer an outstanding experience for users by making their services/products easily accessible online, anywhere, anytime and on any deviceWhat You Can ExpectWork type – Fixed term contractLocation – Watford (2 days in the office per week)Salary – Flexible depending on experience.

    Industry – RetailMain Responsibilities as a Deployment Planning ManagerThis role will be a key leadership role within the overall Retail Deployment Transformation team; you will be a catalyst in delivering excitement and change while engaging our clients trusted retail partners and valued retail players with an enhanced and modernised retail transformation programme.

    Play a key role in aligning internal work streams across several functions within PPOS, Technology & Field sales and play a role in ensuring the successful transformation programme across their vast Retail network of over 40,000 locations.

    Coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensuring that wider internal teams are informed and engaged across the programme.

    Experience & Skills RequiredExperience of leading complex project delivery, with a track record of successful Retail Deployment projects from start to finishExperience of delivering deployment planning and strategy with a deep understanding of deployment tools, processes and methodologiesExperience working in retail environments, executing regional/national sales strategiesDigitally forward, quick to embrace new retail technology and inspire and motivate your team and retailers to adopt technology to drive salesStrong leadership capabilities and can inspire and motivate the team to deliver excellenceCustomer focused, with a partnership led approachWhat's in it For You?Amazing company to work forExperience at scale for a globally recognised brand.
