    Delivering market-leading software and consultancy services to global property owners and managing agents, the S2 Partnership is renowned for its client-focused approach.

    The S2 Partnership is looking to expand its expert team of professional consultants and is seeking an experienced home-based Health, Safety & Environmental Consultant to join our successful consultancy team.

    The focus of this role is to provide health, safety, and environmental consultancy services to clients in the commercial property sector.

    Part of the week will be site-based and part at home working on reports and assisting clients; diaries are pre-planned in advance to support work-life balance.

    Travel to sites is required for this role, so you will need to have a full driving license and access to your vehicle.

    The position can be full-time or part-time (3 or 4 days per week).
    Knowledge of safety and environmental legislation in the UK relating to the built environment and property management
    # Qualified to degree level or equivalent in an appropriate environmental discipline
    # A minimum of 3 years of experience in the environmental field
    # Good report writing, IT, and communication skills
    # Sustainability Assessments
    Flood Risk Assessments
    Professional membership with a recognized environmental body such as IEMA or a safety body such as IOSH
    Fire risk assessment
