This is a new role with the business - As a result of ongoing global expansion and the strategic significance of the Northern Ireland business . This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Manager to join a longstanding company that offers a fantastic working environment.

Responsibilities:
The creation of a General Manager role reflects the Group's ongoing global expansion and the strategic significance of the Northern Ireland business.
Key responsibilities include:
· Day to day management of the Northern Ireland business
· Developing strategy and driving all aspects of operational delivery
· Management of key strategic partnerships - suppliers and customers
· Responsibility for people and performance management
· Growing market share and increasing profitability
· Improving business processes and overall effectiveness
· Premises Key holder with all associated responsibilities
