    Job Description

    • Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
    • Maintain and manage supplier relationships and negotiations.
    • Ensure cost-effective deals and contracts.
    • Lead procurement and supply chain teams.
    • Manage complex projects within the public sector.
    • Ensure compliance with sustainability and community engagement policies.
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Report directly to senior management.

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful Sourcing Manager should have:

    • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain.
    • Strong strategic thinking capabilities.
    • Excellent negotiation skills and supplier relationship management.
    • Knowledge of public sector procurement regulations.
    • Experience in managing complex projects.
    • An understanding of sustainability and community engagement policies.

    What's on Offer

    • Competitive salary range: £55,596 - £62,546
    • 28 days annual leave (options to buy, sell or bank) plus 8 days bank/public holidays.
