    Are you an experienced HR professional seeking a dynamic role where you can empower managers and drive positive employee relations?


    Iconic Resourcing is supporting our client in their search for a talented HR Advisor to join their team in Glasgow on a full-time permanent basis.


    This role primarily involves on-site work with the flexibility for one day of remote work per week, with occasional opportunities for additional remote days.


    Responsibilities:


    Provide HR advisory services on a range of employment and employee relations matters.nOffer advice, support, and coaching to managers on talent management activities.nSupport investigation and disciplinary processes.nComplete monthly payrolls.nAssist in project deployments and administrative tasks.nDeliver HR inductions and support annual compensation planning.nPrepare HR Management Information for continuous improvement.nProvide advice on Occupational Health and safety matters.nParticipate in HR meetings and projects.nSupport activities promoting diversity, inclusion, and customer excellence.


    Requirements:


    Proven HR experience at advisor level.nAdvanced Excel and Word skills.nUnderstanding of UK employment legislative framework.nBachelor's degree or equivalent.nAbility to navigate complex organisational relationships.
