    We are a London-based startup transforming how financial professionals access and use data.

    We are building a system of intelligence empowered by AI-driven automation and analytics: a category-defining product that supercharges users to extract knowledge and put it to work.

    Backed by top international venture funds and a stellar group of angel investors, we are a team of technologists and founders with experience in building AI products (@Advent International) and scaling unicorns (@Scalapay).

    DESIA operates on a remote-first basis, with the team working in GMT hours for synchronization.

    Our founding team works from an office in London, and while working there isn't mandatory, everyone is invited to join.

    Join us in the role of Senior ML Engineer and play a crucial part in developing our AI-driven knowledge management product.

    Building Semantic Knowledge Graph along with other engineers that powers the unique value proposition.
    Enhancing AI models and infrastructure for better performance, scalability, and accuracy.

    Believe in the philosophy of self-managed teams and the DevOps mindset, which asserts "if you build it, you run it".

    Solid computer sense and engineering skills.

    We believe Machine learning and AI skills are layers on top of other core developer skills, so being a good software engineer is key.

    Experienced with foundational Language Models (SLM / LLMs) in production environments.
    Good understanding of data modelling for search/retrieval and reranking.

    with the backend engineer for scaling and architecture, with the front-end engineer for user experience, and with the product designer for user requests and roadmap.

    Additional advantage for experience in MLOps and deployment across various cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
    Experience in building Knowledge Graphs and in GNNs
    Holding a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field or possessing similar practical experience.
    A minimum of 4 years experience in Python, with a strong foundation in machine learning principles.
