    Description

    We are looking to recruit an experienced CAD Technician / Digital Designer to join a team in our Glasgow office specialising in water projects.

    You will be self-motivated and responsible for supporting the Digital Delivery team locally and potentially UK wide.

    Working under the Regional Disciple Lead, you will provide technical design support to our Engineering team and play a key role in the successful delivery of our projects.

    This will give you the opportunity to work on projects from conceptual design through to detailed design & construction.

    Prepare project drawings and BIM models, understanding, interpreting, and implementing local client CAD standards and BIM data requirements.
    Work within the Common Data Environments for your CAD data with ISO19650 compliance.

    Ideally you will have a minimum HNC qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent subject and have experience of working on water engineering projects.

    Experience of working in Common Data Environments using Data management Systems such as BIM360 and ProjectWise
    Used Revit for creating, amending structures and plant.
    Ability to organise your workload across multiple projects
    Ability to mentor junior staff supporting your region
