Our client has a great opportunity to join their Customer Service Team. They are looking for competent Customer Service Advisor to provide excellent service to their clients. Answering inbound calls from existing customersEnsure all customer records are kept up to date with the latest information regarding and customer's accountRespond to customers emails effectively and efficientlyLiaise with other departments across the businessRegularly update customers with new information relating to their accountCommunicate with customers via telephone, email and letterMaintain customer files in line with Company policyIn the absence of the Customer Service Manager liaise with external agencies, I.

E Trading standards, Alternative Dispute Resolution services and the Furniture & Home improvement ombudsmanAssist with administration dutiesMonitor and record customer complaintAction requests given by the Customer Service ManagerAny other duties as deemed necessaryExperience:
Having experience of working in a customer focused environment either over the phone or face to face.
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsWork to deadlines and can multitaskAble to work under pressure and go the extra mileMust be able to build rapport with Customers on the telephoneHave a great telephone manner
