    SENOIR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings
    Permanent – Full Time

    This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual that wants a career in Residential Lettings as a Senior Lettings Negotiator.

    Our client is a successful independent, dynamic agency based in London Bridge, that prides themselves on the first-class service they deliver.

    They are currenting seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their busy office.

    This is the perfect role for an ambitious salesperson who is looking to build a career in the property sector.

    This role offers a generous commission along with a car allowance with fantastic training provided too. Previous experience in residential lettings, or an industry with recognisable transferable skills would be a distinct advantage.

    Skills:
    The skills required for this Senior Lettings Negotiatorrole will include:
    Significant experience in Estate Agency
    Lettings experience essential
    Good telephone manner
    Local knowledge of the London Bridge area preferred
    Driving license and own car essential
