Role - NATIONAL COMPLIANCE MANAGER
Due to recent internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and sales driven individual, to join United Plant in the role of National Compliance Manager.
In this role you will manage a team of six dedicated compliance engineers who deliver national scheduled safety inspections for our customers, as well as a back-office team who support the compliance function.
Compliance is a core element of our business and is inherently linked to safety the top priory for the HME industry and our customer base.
We are looking for an experienced individual with strong communication and sales skills, who can further grow and develop our compliance proposition. You must have a good operational understanding, commercial astuteness and robust people management skills, to effectively deliver brake testing, safety inspections and thorough checks, through the dedicated team, in line with contractual safety obligations.
