- Take ownership of operational objectives and performance standards, ensuring compliance and delivery of high-quality assurance activities.
- Prepare concise and accurate reports, highlighting findings and recommendations for improvement or remediation actions.
- Conduct focused customer outcome reviews across various product lines, leveraging expertise to assess outcomes and propose enhancements.
- Demonstrated understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
