    Description
    Can you be the driving force as our Senior Project Manager delivering our school project schemes. We currently have projects valued at £40 Million and £50 million in the Hayes and Harrow area.

    We require an experienced construction professional who is well versed in the delivery of a project from cradle to grave.

    These projects will involve the demolition of existing buildings, refurbishment works and a new build, along the provision of temporary accommodation.

    You will be solely responsible for the economic safe management of the site in respect of progress, workmanship, health, safety, environmental and quality standards by ensuring that adequate and proper labour, plant, materials and sub-contractor resources are available and adequately directed to meet the requirements of the contract.

    Degree or equivalent in an Engineering or Construction discipline
    Extensive experience working with a main contractor
    Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
    Excellent Leadership and Financial Control skills
    Thorough Understanding of UK H&S construction laws
    Stress Management skills
    High levels of quality standards

    To be solely responsible for the Project, health, safety and the environment, as contained within the Health and Safety Management System.

    To ensure that the company gets the best out of its subcontractors and suppliers, by proper selection and management in conjunction with the project team.

    To work with the commercial and procurement teams to ensure proper protection of the company's financial and contractual position.

    To ensure that for all activities you are responsible for, all company process/standards laid down in the Business Quality Management System are adhered to
    Surveying, Design Management, Buying, Planning, Human Resources, Health, Safety and Environment, to provide effective management of the project.
