- Co-ordinating people projects, such as retention, engagement and wellbeing
- Coordinating the recruitment and on boarding processes for Home Manager level and above, including the preparation of offer letters, contract of employment etc.
- Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance with Company recruitment processes including the completion of DBS, Right to Work and PIN checks, both prior and following appointment into role.
- Support with analysing HR information and people metrics to inform strategic priorities
- Regular dialogue with all key stakeholders to ensure all Home Manager and above personnel files are maintained and up to date.
- Support Regional Managers and Department Heads with HR correspondence including but not limited to contract amends, maternity and employee relations letters
- Supporting the People Manager with TUPE and change management process, collating Employee Liability Information and undertaking mail merges.
- Completing Occupational Health referrals
- Completing references where requested.
- Background and knowledge in HR operations and projects.
- Knowledge of practices and regulations relating to confidentiality.
- Qualified to Level 5 (desirable).
- Good administrative and clerical skills/abilities.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Organised with the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change.
