- Degree in IT or equivalent experience with a broad range of technical skills
- Proficiency in cloud platforms, especially Azure, and familiarity with AWS
- Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office ecosystem and its components
- Strong capabilities in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, GPO, and PowerShell scripting
- Experience with Windows Server, including Hyper-V, and deep O365 skills
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks, including change, problem, and incident management
- Administer and manage the Microsoft Cloud Environment, including documentation and continuous improvement
- Oversee Hybrid AD, both on-premise and Azure AD estates, including tenant to tenant migrations using third-party tools
- Automate tasks using PowerShell to enhance reporting, fault finding, and provide updates
- Monitor cloud infrastructure proactively to ensure performance, availability, integrity, and resilience
- Lead disaster recovery efforts and contribute to security policy enforcement and reviews
- Provide training to Service Desk and Infrastructure teams and handle multiple projects, including direct service desk support as needed
