    With a focus on innovation and client satisfaction, we're seeking a talented Online Ads & SEO Lead to join our team and drive success in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

    As the Online Ads & SEO Lead at Planit Scotland, your primary mission is to ensure the delivery of top-quality online advertising and SEO services to our clients within specified timelines and budgets.

    You will strategically manage your time on each client account to ensure we have a clear focus and KPI in place for each client account.

    Content Creators
    Implement online advertising and SEO strategies across client accounts to enhance online visibility and drive organic growth.

    Creative Implementation:
    Execute innovative ideas to create online buzz and amplify client messages across digital channels.

    Client Insights:
    Gather insights and understand client objectives to tailor online advertising and SEO campaigns effectively.

    Collaboration:
    Work closely with the Online Ads and SEO Lead to execute strategies and achieve client goals.

    Content Creation:
    Develop engaging content aligned with client objectives to drive traffic and engagement.

    SEO Optimisation:
    Implement SEO best practices to improve client website rankings and visibility on search engines.

    Research and Analysis:
    Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in client campaigns.
    Notes to be updated on timesheets across each client account you work on.

    Achievement of KPIs:
    Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to online visibility, traffic, and SEO rankings.
    Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
    Knowledge of Midjourney, Chat GPT, and other AI platforms (desirable but not essential).
    Basic knowledge of WordPress & HTML.
    The candidate must be happy with updating live client websites without making mistakes. This role is to expand on your current knowledge and experience without online ads and seo.

    We would like to offer the candidate the opportunity to expand their toolset, by learning the other tools needed for top-tier marketing.

    Training, support and development will be offered.

    Ideally we would also be looking to train the candidate in account management and client communications as well as managing their own smaller accounts when they are ready.
