    SUMMARY

    Responsible for performing work in the following operational areas as directed. The items below are a list of all planned duties of this role. The implementation of these duties will be staged as appropriate.

    DEPARTMENT: Study Support

    SCHEDULE: Days; Mon - Fri

    ATTRIBUTES

    • A Levels or 5 GCSE's grade C or above, or equivalent.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Data Management. All aspects of data cleaning (to include action items/CTAs) including Site contact, escalation to Clinical Research Associate (CRA) or ACM Project Manager (PM) according to the appropriate Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), resolution and sample release from the CTMS system and filing of associated documentation.
    • Tracking & Reporting. Re-issue of reports following request from sites or Sponsors and following data cleaning activities, necessitating the re-issue of lab reports.
    • General Management. Performs clerical functions and data management overflow activity as directed by supervisor; file documentation as needed; manage automated fax and email distribution systems; participate and assist with implementation of ACM services. Check daily/cumulative pending test reports. Any other ad hoc duties as required.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.
